December 2024Disappointing rooms which were tired and old . Service very average, given 2 rooms before getting the types we booked following a 2 hr delay. Chose for location which was great however hotel has really declined since we last stayed 6/7 years previously.

October 2024This hotel needs a modernisation program to commence immediately. Everything is tatty and well past its best. No staff available to help with luggage on check in, very few to support issues with lifts. Significant traffic noise from Great Western Road. No air con so if you want to open the window be prepared. Location is excellent. Would not recommend.
