February 2025Firstly a warm welcome from Nathan on the front desk. He was very helpful . The room was lovely very comfortable and clean. The restaurant staff are lovely and again very helpful. We had afternoon tea and it was superb. Breakfast was equally tasty. Plenty choice for everyone. Relaxing atmosphere.

March 2025Stayed here a few times on business, Hotel is clean, tidy and staff are very helpful and friendly Ideal for the airport, a busy hotel but relaxing food is good and breakfast is good with plenty of choices. good range of drinks, ie beers. My room was clean and tidy and spacious, shower was powerful. plenty of parking, no local shops nearby, Ross on reception was very helpful, he printed off a form and envelope i needed urgently , then came and found me when he had sorted it. look forward to my next stay.

March 2025Brilliant hotel and wonderful staff. I arrived over 3 hours early and reception staff got me booked in right away. I stayed on the ground floor and the room was brilliant. The bed and pillows very comfortable, lots of tea and coffee if needed, shower powerful and nice and hot. I used the gym and while only limited equipment and small there is plenty to get a good session in. I will say the music in there is terrible unless you like ABBA and things of that era. Had a drink in the bar and again the place is very comfortable, plenty seats and great, friendly service from all the staff. I had a flight and while you can walk I paid £7 for an Uber which is worth it if you have a lot of luggage. I'd definitely stay here again and I'd most definitely recommend this hotel. Amazing stay, thank you.

March 2025My room was nice and clean. I got 2 keys on the second day, since my card got deactivated several times over the 2 nights stay. A member of the staff,I think it was Susan, cleaner, was very nice to help, she was great. Staff at reception was not very friendly instead, quiet cold. They didnt change my address on receipt either, despite I asked for it. Also, I was charged by mistake 15 pounds for (not used) parking. Luckily I spotted that on the bill before leaving. Some improvements can be dedinitely done here. Breakfast is nice

January 2025Pros: comfortable beds, room cleanliness. Breakfast staff are lovely. Good location. Staff friendly and helpful. Cons: I had to request cleaning multiple times as I wasn't told on check in there would be severely reduced cleaning due to New Year. Lobby toilets were utterly disgusting only cleaned once a day.
