January 2025Receptionist was amazing, the room was clean and easy to find. All of the rooms there are lovely and it's very easy to access. The rooms on floor 4 were the best in my opinion as one had a sofa in though, and it would have been nice to have a bit of Aircon because I woke up with a sore throat. Other than that, great experience, staff are just the best here, it makes check in and check out so much quicker and easier to do. I would highly recommend over other places in Exeter!

February 2025Excellent location directly opposite the train station & less than a minute’s walk into the city centre. Very helpful staff. Beds could be comfier (stayed in multiple rooms) & hotel is noisy - both very loud creaky floors on all levels & adjacent to the college with associated drunk students in the early hours of the morning.

March 2025The rooms are basic but were spotlessly clean. Staff were all extremely friendly. Location great for museums, Holborn and just a short walk to CG, theatres etc

March 2025Fair price for an accessible room (a cheaper option for a double) Food excellent and good price Friendly staff Room large Bed and pillows comfy , choice of firm or soft pillows. TV good size WiFi excellent Parking plentiful but expensive at 15 pounds per night Wide range of drinks but paid well above average for it. Cleaning- really needs improvement

February 2025Location was great, central to shops and restaurants and across from the train station. Rooms were ok, a little loud (could hear my neighbours like we were in the same room), and they were a little dated. I asked for something and they did not offer to bring to the room and made me go to reception to get it which was not very pleasant but overall a good hotel.
