Novotel London Stansted Airport, Hallingbury

I have just returned from staying at the Novotel for a weekender, it was my second year in a row. I can honestly say that from walking through the doors, to leaving, EVERY single member of staff I encountered were amazing. Friendly, professional, polite and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble, they asked how my weekend was going, and all the food, from a bar snack, to our 3 course meal was superb. Breakfast and lunch were equally lovely and all the food was served hot. Having worked in the hospitality industry for most of my career, I can honestly say I have never met a team like it. The GM should be super proud of all of them, they are amazing! Keep doing what you are doing guys, us "Ranters" certainly appreciate all of you. The rooms are also comfortable and surprisingly quiet for an airport hotel. Woukd recommend in a heartbeat.

This is a lovely airport hotel (not many of these left), near Stanstead. I have stayed here over this weekend, my second stay in the last few months and I will happily return. They have great facilities, the rooms are good, you have all you need. Breakfast is generous and lunch and dinner very tasty. What really makes this hotel very special though, are its people. The food and beverage team (breakfast, bar, lunch and dinner) is exceptional. The lady who is managing the dinner service at the conference room is incredible. Everything runs like a well oiled machine! The servers, the people taking care of the coffee and cakes... I cannot thank them enough. I was part of a large conference there over the weekend and we got to know all the faces and their smiles. The food and beverage manager also took care of us, another great person. The receptionists were also really good, thank you to them too. We will definitely return.

The best uk airport hotel we’ve stayed in! Parked in their car park and checked in for a night prior to an early morning flight, leaving the car there while we are away. Comfortable room, very good buffet style breakfast with great choices from fresh fruit and pastries to full English breakfast. Took the shuttle bus to the terminal. All went smoothly. Can’t fault this hotel. Staff were all friendly and helpful. We will definitely use Novotel Stansted again.
