January 2025Hotel is situated right in the heart of the old town, everywhere was in walking distance which was perfect for us as we managed to avoid all public transport. This hotel was a lovely stay and all staff were lovely. The staff member upon check in was exceptional and even upgraded our room being that it was a birthday stay followed from that we then even had wine delivered to our room with birthday wishes in a card. The hotel is beautifully presented and very clean. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and I will definitely return to this hotel when I’m next in Edinburgh.

January 2025We stay in Edinburgh quite a bit for business and spent our first night here last night. I was so impressed with everything about this place. Location is unbeatable, you are on the Royal Mile in about 10 seconds! The staff were all super friendly and helpful and the rooms were spot on with a fridge microwave etc if you needed. Shower was powerful and the bed was very comfortable. The cherry on the cake for me was the hairdryer! Best hotel hairdryer ever. It was so powerful which is a rare thing to find so I thank the management for making this purchase as I’m going to say they were not cheap 🤣 And in terms of working, there was so much space in the hotel for me to go and get some work done rather than sitting in my room but quite enough for me to make calls. It’s a winner for me and I won’t be looking elsewhere for accommodation for future trips.

January 2025Stayed for one night with my young son. The staff were so incredibly kind, thoughtful and knowledgeable, making our stay relaxed and easy. The room was clean, well equipped and quiet. Overall price was cheap for the location and experience. Breakfast wasn't anything extravagant, still a perfect start to our second day of adventure. Will be staying there again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a central city stay.

January 2025Best Hotel experience i have had. The location is very optimal to all surrounding shops, activities and food places. We stayed in the executive suite. The most comfiest bed and pillows and duvet! I shall miss them! The staff were also delightful upon arrival and checking in, during our stay and on departure. Above all, heavily recommend this establishment, will definitely be staying again. P.S. I shall definitely be emailing to find out where you can get some of those pillows!

January 2025Lovely experience. The staff love dogs and were very welcoming. The room was cozy with great views. Location is great. Park responsibly though. A few cars for those staying in the hotel were towed like mine. The front desk management were so nice and got me a bottle of wine with chocolates to cheer me up. I'm definitely coming back!!!
