This hotel was honestly one of the comfiest and cleanest I've stayed in. Greeted by the friendliest and most helpful staff. Room and bathroom were in pristine condition and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel is in a prime location, 4 mins away from the nearest Tram station and you are surrounded by the most amazing cafés and restaurants. The tourist spots and points of interest in Edinburgh is very walkable from the hotel. Props to the No11 Brasserie Hotel staff, thank you for making our stay amazing! (Best nearby restaurant is Jolly, highly recommend)

My friends and I had a delicious lunch, compliments to the Chef. It was beautifully presented and perfectly cooked. The desserts were also lovely and handmade. The waiter service was exceptional. I would definitely return.

Our stay at No. 11 was absolutely delightful! The hotel combines elegance, comfort, and a warm atmosphere, making it a perfect choice for a stay in Edinburgh. The rooms were beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and provided a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the city. The location was simply perfect—we were able to walk everywhere, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Edinburgh’s main attractions were all within easy reach, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the city's charm. A special thank you to Gautom, Deepak, and Irene for their outstanding hospitality! Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made our experience truly exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and well taken care of. We warmly recommend this hotel. Thanks again guys, Alex & Albane

Back for the second time and just as wonderful as last time. Firstly , Hamish and Sue are so welcoming and helped to make our stay really comfortable. This hotel is spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, with a bed in room 8 you just don't want to get out of on a morning! Breakfast is always fresh, hot and tasty, using only good quality ingredients. We had dinner, this visit and can highly recommend it. The waitress couldn't do enough for us and the food, again, delicious. We'll be back!! Thank you .

This small, intimate brasserie was perfect for a quiet Sunday lunch. We were very impressed with the high standard of food and there was something on the concise menu to suit all tastes. Staff are polite and efficient. Will definitely return.

Fantastic stay here. The service was exceptional, particularly from Irene who was very helpful and friendly. The location is great, being a short walk into the city centre and all the sights. The hotel felt tired in some places and could benefit from redecoration and some new furniture. For example, the first suite we were in had peeling paint in the toilet and a lot of marks on the furniture. The second room was much better. Overall, would definitely stay here again though would have expected better attention to detail for the price that we paid.
