Trailfinders Sports Club is set in 20 acres of landscaped grounds. It is a highly versatile facility and is able to host a wide range of events, from conferences, receptions and events to weddings and large corporate fun days.
Set within the Olympic Pavilion, the Castle Bar serves as the main bar for the Phoenix Hall. This space can also be booked individually for smaller more informal functions such as intimate dinners for up to 40 guests or parties of up to 60.

They took care of all the details, responding to countless emails and meeting us many times in the lead up. All our guests were complimentary of their organisation and their friendly nature on the day. The modern layout allowed all our guests to find a comfortable spot during the evening, be it in the main hall or outside or even relax in the quieter lobby by the bar. They took care of all the details like leaving a tea and coffee station open all evening out of the way allowing our guests to have that option as well as the bar
