December 2024Amazing venue. We had an absolutely fab night here with the kids! So much to do & the staff were so friendly and helpful! Toilet facilities were clean and I loved the bathroom with a small toilet and regular toilet for parents, aswell as changing facilities for babies. Food was great to I honestly can't say one bad thing about it. What a great addition to Coventry! Can't wait to go back!

December 2024Had a great Friday night here with friends and family. The atmosphere was great, the bumper cars were a laugh, the biggest hit was the interactive darts. External entrance near Iceland made it easy to visit after the shopping centre had closed.

January 2025This was my first visit. I'd booked virtual shooting. The place is big with lots of different games. There's no signage other than directly over each game so we had to wander to find what we were looking for. There are screens as you go in that ask if you want to check in. I did that, and asked for a text as a reminder at our booked time. The text said to go to the game desk (this is a small area that we hadn't noticed. I did feel that it made the electronic check-in redundant). It would have been helpful to know we'd have to go to that desk (e.g. add it to the confirmation email) rather than realise at our start time that we needed to be in a queue. The queue went down quickly, though, so our game started about 5 minutes after the booked time. The shooting games were fun (you add players and choose from a selection of games). There were glitches where we had to log in and out of the game, and we did have to wait for someone to reboot the system. They got that done and added some extra time for the game. We had about an hour, which was enough time for 3 of us to play 3 of the games. There didn't seem to be many staff about but those that were about were really helpful. We also ordered drinks both directly from the bar and from an order point. That was all good. Cocktails are cheaper than other places in the city. We didn't have food. We did do a couple of the arcade games. I'd certainly like to go back, perhaps do shooting again. I'd also like to try some of the other games. We paid £28 for the hour of shooting, which I thought was good value.

January 2025Came here tonight for the first time, great venue and idea. However the staffing tonight was a major issue- you had one bartender on doing drinks for tablet orders whilst also trying to serve customers. Whilst clearly struggling I seen the same male manager walk back and forth multiple times avoiding eye contact with the guests who are waiting and not even jumping in to help just trying to look busy. I work in hospitality management and think the shift was poorly ran, team standing around doing nothing and no one speaking to guests explaining why there was a long wait or apologies. We tried to get served at the bar, took AGES to get served and then a member of team came over to our lane and said we needed to hurry up with the game- we would have if we got served quicker. We then ordered on the app and the wait time for that was just as horrendous. I think if the manager is going to just walk around looking busy they should touch the tables and check everything is okay and acknowledge that things aren’t going well.

December 2024Venue is nice once you find it! It took us a bit to find the entrance especially because after asking the staff in the car park we were giving misleading directions. Also very rude over the intercom. Also not accessible for prams/wheelchairs as I had to carry it over the stairs. Could do with better signs over the car park. It looks like a secret place that you’d only find if you’ve been there before. When you arrive it even says “you’ve made it!” Which sounds like a joke as it leads me to believe that they are aware of the problem but not sorting it. If I hadn’t pre booked online I would’ve just give up and gone somewhere else. On another note the ordering kiosks around the place are a nice concept but couldn’t order anything from them as the touchscreen became unresponsive after selecting the drink. It happened on 2 different ones until I decided it was easier to just go at the bar.
