Best Western Walton Park Hotel, Waverly

Just stayed overnight with breakfast and loved every moment here! Wonderful sea views across the channel from my room, the breakfast room and many other parts of the hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean room with a comfy bathroom. Kettle, tea, coffee, glass bottle of water, etc. all provided in the room. Good sized mugs. Short walk to Clevedon Pier, where I had a lovely cream tea surrounded by sea views. Many choices of places to eat out in the evening, which I did, or you can book dinner in the hotel, which I look forward to trying in future. Very comfy bed & pillows. I slept really well. Breakfast was fresh, with hot food cooked to order. My chosen pot of tea was brought to my table straight away. After cereal, fresh orange, melon & grapefruit slices (fresh, not those tinned horrors you often get) I chose poached eggs, grilled tomato, mushrooms, toast. All delicious. Tasteful decor. There are garden and terrace areas with views straight onto the sea. I really loved this place and look forward to coming back!
