August 2024We always stay at this hotel when visiting the area. All of the staff are very friendly and professional. Excellent breakfast and good menu in the bar in the evening, maybe not the cheapest food but it is good quality. There is some noise from being under the flight path for the airport but it doesn’t stop you sleeping as you soon get used to it. Good size rooms and facilities. The only minor criticism, would be that the rooms are in need of redecorating, as there were some marks and stains on the bathroom ceiling and bedroom walls. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

August 2024Stayed here with my girlfriend for one night staff were friendly and helpful I enjoyed when they addressed you by your name instead of sir madam, pool was nice changing rooms where clean and not too busy also tethers is a sauna and steam room. rooms where abit hot but no air con so expected breakfast was nice good selection tasty food overall good some improvements would be installing air con, carpets are a bit old and dated and a mini fridge with some snacks in would be nice even if they are charged finally the TV says there is sky channels but don’t work unsure the point in showing them if u can’t have them we payed 104 for 1 Saturday night so value for money was there

July 2024Overnight stay on a warm sticky summer night for a business meeting close by the next day. Check-in was easy with very helpful staff but room was disappointing. No air con but they did supply a noisy Dyson fan. However the hotel is very close to the end of the runway of Manchester Airport so it was too noisy to keep windows open. The room and bed were confortable but the black mold on the ceiling and around the bath/shower certainly didn't improve my impression of the Hotel.

June 2024One of the worst 3 star hotels I have ever been to. It looks amazing from the outside, but don't let that fool you. As you can see from the pics, there was mould everywhere, in the shower head and also on the bed sheets! The room wasn't done properly, was filthy and there were creases on the bed sheets when we arrived. The room service was next to none, for the 5 days I stayed there , they only made the bed and cleaned the room for 3 days. Also as you can see from the video there was water leaking from one of the rooms down in the main walking passage. I had food downstairs in the hotel once, it was meagre at best and again expensive for the price they charge. I think it needs a complete makeover. The staff are very lovely and helpful though and 5 ⭐ for them. I would never stay in this hotel, better to get an Ibis or holiday inn which gives better clean service for less money. Avoid at any cost !!
