December 2024Small businesses beware - disgusting organisation which treats you with contempt. Read the contracts carefully - they say one thing to your face then the contract says something else. They have caused immense damage to my business, so I cancelled my contract with them over a year ago. I am still trapped now and they are even now charging me for another year! They tell you that you are on three months notice, but then if you want to cancel with them they then tell you that you can only terminate once per year, so in reality it is 12 months notice. They told me that they would help to sort this out and instead they have charged even more for a further contract for another year. I would add that when I went to the office to raise these issues I had to wait for 20 minutes whilst another disgruntled customer ran through his complaints that he's been charged a different amount to what he'd agreed and it still hadn't been sorted out, despite several promises. Is there a pattern here perhaps? Disgusting organisation. AVOID AVOID AVOID. UPDATE - the response below this review from Regus is also lies.
