Oddfellows on the Park is the Victorian of the Oddfellows' family. Like its sister hotel in Chester, design is important, service is crucial and playfulness is a requirement. This beautiful boutique hotel in Manchester is set within a Victorian mansion and houses 22 bedrooms, a destination restaurant, cocktail bar and flexible event spaces with fantastic views.
Situated in the vast grounds of Bruntwood Park, there is no setting quite like the Oddfellows on the Park hotel. Our guests enjoy beautiful vistas of mature parkland and are able to step outside to the magical 120 acres of lawn, mature woodland and waterways. Our Parlor Suite would be the ideal space for your meeting - decorated to the highest standard in same quirky décor you will find throughout the hotel, the room is bright and airy and flooded with natural light. The room benefits from double doors leading to a cosy heated terrace, of which you would also get part-exclusive use, allowing your guests extra space and stunning view of Bruntwood Park.
We have two versatile function rooms which can be used separately or in conjunction, depending on your number of guests. The Parlor Suite is one big room which can be used as that or two separate spaces.

February 2025Booked for a valentines dinner. Served by Jake who was extremely attentive, polite and well mannered. Very much impressed with Jake’s service. Also served by a very polite Peter who did his utmost to ensure an enjoyable evening. I didn’t catch the name of the young man on the bar but his cocktails were AMAZING (especially the lemon meringue cocktail). Overall, a great evening and we will be returning. Thank you Oddfellows.

January 2025I seldom feel the need to leave reviews but in this case I wanted too. A lovely place very sensitively restored with lovely original features. My room was very comfortable and had nice features and a well stocked mini bar. The Galloping Major is a great restaurant. But the service from start to finish was just great - a warm welcome from everyone, great night staff who were fun to talk too. I really recommend this place.

February 2025Dear Oddfellows Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the quality of food served at a recent birthday party held at your venue. As a long-time admirer of your establishment, I had high expectations, but unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The food served was not only unappealing in appearance but also lacked any of the flavors I have come to associate with your reputation. The presentation was poor, and many of the dishes were cold, stale, or tasted as though they had been sitting out for too long. The overall quality of the meal was far below the standard I had anticipated, leaving many of the guests, including myself, unable to enjoy the food. It was like canned dog food and inedible. Given the special nature of the occasion, I was especially disheartened by the lack of care and attention given to the food. As this was a birthday celebration, the guests’ experience should have been memorable in a positive way, but sadly, the meal was a major letdown. I trust you take customer feedback seriously and would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. I would welcome an explanation for the subpar quality of food served, as well as any actions you plan to take to address the issue. Thank you for your time and consideration.
