Holiday Inn Haydock is licensed to hold civil ceremonies and partnerships, so you can spend the whole day here. The hotel’s function suite is extremely versatile to accommodate your celebrations. The space can accommodate up to 120 guests for a formal seated meal and 180 for a more relaxed buffet or evening reception. The air-conditioned room boasts large windows which allow cascades of natural light into the space. The large dancefloor and sound-proofing partitions allow you to create the perfect party setting.
The gorgeous garden area provides a beautiful backdrop for some of your important wedding photos and is a lovely setting for a relaxed drinks reception with your guests.

We had a lovely one night stay here. We chose this hotel as it was close enough to walk to the races. The room was clean, spacious, & the air conditioning was fab! We ate in the evening & it was really good, as was the full English breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful too. Plenty of parking & no charge for it!!

Great location although the Haydock Square roundabout confuses me every time! Staff friendly and welcoming. Good food. Rooms a little tired but it’s a good place to stay for local work/visits

My partner and I stayed here this weekend. We travelled up from London for Creamfields Festival which was located nearby. We called early morning to ask for an early check in, the man on reception desk on the phone said it wasn’t possibly very bluntly. I then said I understand but we would really appreciate if you could do anything you could for us and again in a rude manner he said it’s not possible. He wasn’t helpful at all and we definitely found him quite rude. We checked in at 3pm, the room was lovely and up to excellent standards of cleanliness. We had nothing to complain about with the room itself. It was superb. The next morning, we went downstairs for breakfast. This is when our experience went south. We paid £33.90 for 2 breakfasts from the buffet. We sat down and starting eating when we noticed that the sausages were of a very unusual texture. They were completely raw and slimy. We couldn’t eat anything else after that. We both immediately felt sick and went up to the room. We are now back in London and are very sick due to this. We are very unwell!!!! Overall, the hotel was super but you really do need to sort out the breakfast buffet so this doesn’t happen to anyone else again.

Room was good, food was good parking was good. The staff when I checked in didn't link the IHG account despite being asked. I asked again in the morning but still not done. For this reason I'd personally consider other options next time. A few days later I contacted the IHG helpline to resolve the rewards issue and the hotel denied I'd been there to the call operator. Good option location wise for the races. Near main M6 so a good location if you're on a long drive south to north. But not if you're an IHG member. Don't expect your rewards. The morning staff even acted as though they didn't know what I meant. Took my details but nothing.

Booked a room to arrive and find out it had been cancelled, I WAS NOT THE ONLY PERSON THIS HAPPENED TO, extremely poor for a company of this size and very little help offered. What a joke. Just a copied and pasted reply to a serious failing by your hotel. You even left the person's name you copied and pasted it from.
