We had a really lovely couple of days. The stay are incredible and really go the extra mile. Food is fresh and piping hot. We had the all inclusive option and it is excellent value. A great selection of drinks and quick service. The breakfast has a good selection including pancakes and bacon which was lovely. The full English very tasty. Evening meals also fresh and hot the basic choices are limited but very tasty and the upgrades are reasonable. Rooms are pleasant, bright and clean. Some parts are a little due for a freshen up but it does not impact unduly. Cannot fault it for value and service

We stayed with some friends for the all inclusive deal. Angie on reception was brilliant...warm welcoming and went above and beyond in fact all the staff were good. The rooms were good except the bathroom was tired but clean and functional. We had afternoon tea which was lovely and the evening meal was of a high standard. Breakfast was good albeit not quite the standard of the evening meal. All in all, we had a lovely stay and very good value.

What can I say apart from amazing . The hotel is clean the staff are welcoming. The food is top quality. Especially Jim's fried bread and Sara's banana cake. We are made to feel special every time we go, which is at least once every couple of months. I'm going to miss David as he has become a good friend. Angi, the manager, is brilliant and is lucky to manage such an amazing team. From housekeeping , reception, restaurant staff, bar staff, and the rest of the team, they are all fantastic and we love them all x

It's hard to do a review because you get what you pay for....£180, 2 bed 2 bath suite, afternoon tea, 2 course evening meal, breakfast, all included alcoholic drinks between 6 and 11.... rooms a little tired looking, but the staff were more than helpful and we had a brilliant stay. Handy for knowsley safari park!
