The Beehive is located at the heart of the fashionable Montpellier district in Cheltenham. A traditional, vibrant and very busy pub. Offering a wide range of locally-sourced real ales and serving a great menu with classic dishes. The Beehive is a proper ‘community focussed pub’ with an eclectic mix of followers, from young to old, professionals to trades persons, all mix well in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere with a drink in hand. Roaring fire in winter, windows open to the cosy closed garden in summer. A great place to catch up with family friends and work colleagues, the pleasant chatter of people meeting, eating and conversing in the unpretentious surrounds of the very traditional bar. The Beehive has been close to the local communities heart for nearly two decades. The Beehive Supper Room is Cheltenham's best kept secret, a high-ceilinged dining room serving Modern British cuisine.
We can offer private dining for up to 15 people in our private Snug dining area, alternativley we can accommodate up to 60 people in the Function Room.

January 2025I had a chicken supreme and it was not very good. It said it came with Broccoli, but it was not Broccoli... the chicken was tiny. I felt like I was eating a bowl of mashed potatoes. My partners burger was good, but he said he wouldn't order it again and gave it a 7/10. The service was great 👍. This is a local pub so a lot of people are regulars here. It's a nice vibe, though, very welcoming.

March 2025The ambience was good, and the young lady who served us was lovely. The pub was cold as was the steak sandwich, bearing in mind that we were at 3pm the only 2 people in there eating on a Saturday afternoon!! Goodness knows what it would it have been like if ir was busy!! When I complained the other young lady was not nice, it was if it was my fault. I did get a refund, but the attitude from the staff was totally unacceptable. Will not return to this establishment
