March 2025Perfect location right in the centre of Cardiff town! Staff are very welcoming and nothing seemed too much trouble. Joanna checked us in and she was great very lovely and accommodating, we had our room upgraded to a suite which was a lovely surprise! Everything about the stay was perfect, bed was unbelievably comfy and best night sleep in a long time. Definitely would stay again and recommend to anyone

The room was spotless, comfortable, big and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel’s location is perfect, allowing easy access to the city centre and city’s main attractions. Overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and inviting. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend the Leonardo Hotel to anyone visiting Cardiff!

From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, creating a positive first impression. Parking, often a headache in central locations, was surprisingly easy to access and reasonably priced, especially when compared to other nearby options. Our room was generously sized and well-equipped, providing everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The bed itself was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, the pillows were a significant letdown, lacking support and comfort. A simple upgrade in this area would greatly enhance the overall experience. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide and delicious selection of items. The variety was impressive, and the quality of the food was excellent. It was a fantastic way to start the day. Overall, this hotel provides a great base for exploring the city, with its excellent location, friendly staff, and good breakfast. Addressing the pillow issue would elevate this hotel from good to excellent.
