February 2025I love this cinema. Great range of films. The staff are friendly. Loads of ‘seasons’ of films (David Fincher for example. Great location for me. I go very regularly. Cineworld Unlimited also gives 25% off food/drinks

January 2025It was a quiet disappointing visit. Myself and my friend went to see ‘A complete unknown’, which I won at a price draw with O2 Thursday night, January the 16-th 2025. First of all we couldn’t get our free popcorn and drinks for 30 minutes - the staff was extremely laid back, incompetent and totally indifferent. Second of all the cinema hallways were dirty and full of rubbish. The toilets were another story - to Couple of them we tried wouldn’t flush. The actual screen was fine and the seats quite comfortable. But still would visit it again.

March 2025Last month we came to screen 6 for a movie, and waited for an hour on seat for a technical problem and left. This month we came here for another movie in screen 9, waited another one hour for the technical problem, left without watching it. Please stop wasting your visitors time and invest sth on mantaining your devices. We came here just 2 times but both left without enjoying the movie, and wasted a lot of TIME. Is the technical problem a common phenomenon or am I just too unlucky?
