Future Leap venues are sustainably managed, carbon neutral and actively progressing to Net Zero. We offer co-working, meeting and events spaces, housing a thriving business community, designed with collaboration in mind.

Our bookable spaces are suitable for small both private meetings as well as larger gatherings and presentations.

Future Leap offers all the facilities for you to connect with others in a professional setting, with sustainability in mind, including:

super-fast WIFI, whiteboards, video conference technology and free tea & coffee in a central location on Gloucester Road, Bristol.

We have 2 meeting rooms with screens and an onsite cafe. The whole space can also be booked for larger evening events with space for up to 168 people.

This site is wheelchair accessible.


During the evenings we can open up the Events Space to make use of the whole Future Leap networking area and cafe!

Future Leap can host up to 168 people, with a range of delicious alcoholic / non-alcoholic drinks options.

We can also provide event management services if you would like to host a larger event. Our space is ideal for all types of events such as company get-togethers, meetings, conferences, panel sessions, innovation workshops and networking events.

Our Future Leap venue is also perfect for non-corporate events - fashion shows, pop-up restaurant, live music performances, Christmas parties, book signing, book launches, pop-up shops.

Cancellation policy

Space hire cancellation terms If you need to cancel your event due to unforeseen circumstances please give as much notice as possible and we will be able to provide you with a full or partial refund. In the event of cancellation, the following charges are incurred: Prior to the reservation: £5 minimum or 5% of total value of the booking cost Up to 48 hours prior to the reservation: 50% of total value of the booking cost On the day: 100% of total value of the booking cost Catering booking and cancellation terms When arranging a catering package, we provide you with a sample menu and discuss your requirements. A quotation will be provided and you must respond and confirm the booking in writing. In the event of cancellation, the following charges are incurred: Up to 1 week prior to the reservation: 25% of total value of the booking cost Up to 48 hours prior to the reservation: 50% of the original quotation On the day: 100% of total value of the booking cost These charges still apply to cancellations due to COVID-19. Future Leap cancellation Future Leap Ltd may immediately cancel the reservation without liability if the hirer fails to make payment when due or if the hirer breaches any other condition of our hire agreement. We reserve the right to cancel your event at short notice due to reasons outside of our control and you will be refunded in full. We are not be liable for any costs incurred by you, the hirer, in the event of force majeure.

    Lovely coffee within a remarkable social experiment centred on sustainability and resilience. Friendly staff and comfortable space. Facility also includes meeting rooms and co-work spaces.
