January 2025Embarrassingly we turned up with the wrong day booked but they were really nice about it and pulled out some stops to get us the last available room. Bruno was excellent and the drink tokens did soften the blow of having to downsize from what we had booked. Nevertheless the room was lovely, apart from the big gap under the door - didn’t make the room feel that private. The spa was top notch; booking directly via the hotel also meant the spa was free.

January 2025My girlfriend and I decided to visit after I first came here on an emergency call-out for work. What a fantastic place! We had an amazing time in the spa – we enjoyed the pool, hot tubs, sauna, and the chill room, which was so relaxing. During our visit, we also had the pleasure of meeting Mark, a really friendly guy who worked in the spa area. He went above and beyond by offering my girlfriend and me a glass of champagne to celebrate my birthday. Such a thoughtful and kind gesture! I’d highly recommend this place to anyone – it’s absolutely amazing.

February 2025Did not stay in the hotel (yet!) so I can’t comment on the rooms etc, but I booked a day pass at the Spa and it was a very relaxing experience – they have pool, hydrotherapy pool, hot tubs, ice bucket, sauna, steam room and relax area. It wasn’t too crowded so I could enjoy it. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone who’d love a Spa break in Brighton! Will definitely be back

February 2025We had a lovely stay for our 10 year anniversary and will absolutely come back next time we’re in Brighton! The view from the corner suite was great to sit and watch the waves. The bed was big and comfy. Shower was powerful. The bathroom did get a bit chilly at night without double glazing but didn’t affect the main room. We ordered room service which was lovely and staff who brought it up were very nice. Having the spa just at the bottom of the stairs was so chill to get to and was perfect for a for a getaway to relax during the stormy weather.

February 2025Unfortunately the hotel has extremely thin walls where conversations and music can be heard as if the guests were literally in your room. The hotel seems to have many guests having parties and blasting music even on a Sunday night. The reception was kind enough and very understanding and allowed me to change rooms, which was much appreciated, and I understand that guest behaviour is out of their hands, but due to the construction of the walls, if you are an extremely light sleeper, this hotel would not be right for you!
