February 2023My only reason for wanting to eat here was to see what the igloos are like before trying to get one in the winter either here or in London. After trying to book online, where I confirmed I had read the T&C's - 2 hours limit for your igloo, max of 6 people, min spend of £30 per person if less than 4 people - I could not book for 2 people. I phoned up and was told no, I needed a special link to do this, so clearly looking to discourage couples/small groups. I received 2 e-mails and after checking they were both the same reference
