November 2024My Sister came out with us this evening after a long spell of not going anywhere. We managed to talk her into coming out and she was eventually feeling excited instead of filled with dread and anxiety.. It took a lot for my friend to actually build up the courage to attend such an event. My friend has some disabilitys one being physical!.she has a crumbling hip bones that sometimes pop out of their socket so she will stumble when that happens and has to.wait a moment and get the head of the hip bone to.fall back into place... She had had a couple of drinks behind the bar but she was wasn't pariletocy drunk!.she was then told to leave by a one off the security men! Whom escorted her of the premises stating she was to drunk to be in there and making accusations about what she had been up to! Saying they have a duty of care was his excuse for kicking her out!! Surely the duty of care would be to check to see if my sister was actually ok if she was injured or if she has been possibly spiked!! Not to kick a disabled vulnerable woman out onto the streets without any proof of the accusations!..Not impressed at all!!! Surely the safety of your customers should be paramount!!. How do.you not know that person is having an.epiletoc episodes!! Or been spiked by some.wrongen!!.then who is responsible for them being kicked out and serigated from their supportive network!!! You have totally ruined my sister's night out her confidence as well and now set her back months in recovery with healing and therapy.... Outrageous behaviour!!! Your security staff need training!! We won't be coming back at all ever!! Whole group of us you have now lost and I will be making sure everyone knows how badly my sister was treated!! Shame on you.... Outrageous and despicable behaviour absolute shambles....
