October 2024Had an unforgettable time at Bierkeller for Oktoberfest! The atmosphere was electric, with traditional Bavarian music and the staff dressed in festive attire, making the experience feel authentic and fun. One of the standout moments was receiving cocktails in pint sizes—definitely a pleasant surprise and a great value! The food was equally amazing. Along with classic Bavarian dishes, we were given a giant, soft pretzel that was the perfect pairing with our drinks. Everything came together to create an incredible night. If you're looking for a lively Oktoberfest experience, Bierkeller is the place to be!

November 2024My friends and I have been to this place for more than 20 times to play billiards, and every time we went there, the staff there had a very good attitude ( not today )And every time we bring in bobble tea not wine or other drinks). Every time when we went there no one tells us that we can't bring any drinks so we don't know we can't bring any drinks this is our problem that we didn’t see the sign outside the door we admit . But when we went there tonight, a lady came over and directly took away our milk tea without any permission from us , and she also checked my friend's things privately, of course, she did not ask for our permission at all , I think this is very disrespectful to my friend and I . After playing billiards, my friend and I went to the front desk to report the problem to them, there was a man , I’ve said it to the man twice his attitude was "what? What?" Instead of pardon, it's very impolite and black-faced throughout the whole process. The attitude is not good at all. I just want a apologise that it, But what I got was the black face of the man and the woman who take our things + blame us it’s our fault + think they have no problem + and band us from going to their store , I have reason to suspect that they are discriminating against Asians.

October 2024I visited Bierkeller Birmingham and was thoroughly disappointed. The experience was negative from start to finish. Despite the venue being mostly empty, we were forced to wait in an unnecessarily long queue. Once inside, the rude and unhelpful staff made us feel anything but welcome apart from one young man who seemed frustrated at the manager’s decisions of serving. The issues didn’t stop there. I was shocked to find no locks on the toilet doors, which is simply unacceptable. Drinks were of poor quality, completely overpriced, and left much to be desired. To top it off, the website advertised food service, but there was none available when we arrived. We felt misled and disappointed considering we placed a booking with a £20 deposit each! The pretzel we were offered was burnt and tasteless, and the staff who delivered such pretzel threw it on our table without a word exchanged. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend Bierkeller Birmingham—save your time and money!
