February 2025Went with 2 friends for afternoon..spa treat. Included lunch, use of spa and 60 minute treatment. Lunch was gorgeous, fizz included…spa lovely and all topped off by the most amazing full body massage. My friend had a facial and looked like a new woman, all glowing when we left . Thankyou everyone…just what 3 hard working women needed !!!!!

March 2025Good Hotel is not too far from the railway station. Rooms are big and all you want. I don't know Birmingham but appears to be in a good spot for bars and restaurants.

March 2025Pretty decent location as central enough. Rooms a good size but pillows far too soft. Breakfast fairly standard, average. Staff very friendly at check in.

January 2025Lovely hotel in a Central location, minutes from Birmingham New Street, connected to the canal side for restaurants. Room I was in was huge, comfortable bed and quiet! Bar was not well serviced with staff, but there were a lot of us there at the time. Breakfast was delicious. Would recommend.
