Cineworld Five Ways is conveniently located near the city center, easily accessible by bus, train, and tram. While the location is great, ticket prices are quite high—even on weekdays—compared to other chains like ODEON. I watched movie, ‘Chaava’ there, and the experience was good—the screens are large, the sound quality is excellent, and the seats are comfortable. There are food and drink options available, including a Starbucks at the venue. I’m not sure if they have their own parking, but there’s a paid parking facility in the building next door, so finding a spot shouldn’t be an issue. Overall, it’s a nice and decent cinema hall.

Great usually. Good prices. Free parking. Etc But screen 5 had broken sound. Front left and right channels not working properly. Kids didn't notice / care, but film lost its impact due to music and effects not playing in full.

On Saturday 8th March at 8:45pm I had the misfortune of dealing with Jamie he was a tall (6'2) British male, who had a moustache, wore a white shirt on that day and was a bit overweight - reason for describing this staff member at Cineworld is because I am not sure if he gave me his real name or not He worked at at Cineworld Broad Street and I must say I was extremely disappointed with his level of customer service. From the moment I approached him, he was incredibly rude and dismissive. He made me feel like I was inconveniencing him by asking for assistance. His attitude was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I would not recommend interacting with Jamie if you value good customer service. I left the cinema feeling completely dissatisfied with my experience due to his unprofessional behavior. It's a shame that such a sour individual is representing Cineworld Broad Street. Avoid him at all costs.
