Carly! What an amazing host you was, no job was too big or too small for you to do, you were an absolute star and made our stay perfect! 🥰 Tracey (housekeeper) the fact you went everywhere to find us toothbrushes because we forgot ours😂🤦‍♀️ thank you so much we appreciate you too! 🥰 We wanted to write this review because it wasn’t the hotel that made our stay worth it, it was the staff and we want them to shine and to be recognised too! So from the bottom of our hearts thank you ladies! Happy new year to you both 🥰 If we could give these guys more than 5 stars we certainly would!

Went here for a training session. Really easy to get to - metro from outside the train station and a short walk. Large room was cold so had to be heated using little blower fans. Hmm. Tea was not good - the water was tepid and no alternatives to milk available. Lunch food was nicely presented but really average so I was a little disappointed, however it did not stop me from eating it!
