March 2024Brilliant customer service, excellent cover and great pricing. Hagerty provide insurance services with staff you can speak to who know what they are doing. Always been impressed with the service and price. I would recommend them to any classic or vintage vehicle owners.

October 2024Very friendly staff. Taking out the policy feels a lot more personal when they want to know about your experience with classics. Competitive would be the wrong word to describe their price, £300 for the year as opposed to £1000 with a certain other insurer, and then a good reduction at renewal. British based call handlers also.

May 2024I have just spoken to a really great guy called Alex. I have to say if you want to get your classic car insured these are the guys. No messing about with some of those awkward questions as they simply put into a database. The price was extremely competitive and Alex was such a pleasure to speak with. July 2023Very easy to get hold of. The phone is always answered promptly. The call staff are very pleasant and helpful. Very competitive insurance prices. My classic Vespa, fully comp, was £68. Wow ! 24/07/2023 Review update ! I've been insured with Hagerty for 2 years. When my renewal for this year came through , via email, it had gone up by 50%. So, i thought i'd give them a call to discuss it. As i've also just completed some performance upgrades,that i needed to declare. What the hell has happened to this company since my renewal last year? Where the phone was picked up after about 5 rings. 45 minutes on hold, just to be cut off ! So i called again. An hour on hold,just to be cut off again. So i request a call back. Recieved a confirmation email,to say that i would get a call back within 24hrs. Nothing. I request another call back. Nothing ! I'm then informed that as i haven't responded to the online quote/renewal invitation,that my policy has now lapsed,and i am now un insured. At the end of the email you are asked to give any feedback/comments. I replied that i would still like insurance,and can they contact me? You've guessed it. Nothing ! So on the advice of a friend and fellow scooterist, i asked Bike Sure for a call back. They called back within 5 minutes, gave me a much much cheaper quote, (even with the performance upgrades) for a better policy including free legal cover. So i'm now insured through them ! Thanks a bunch Hagarty. So a 5 star review, for excellent customer service,is now reduced to 1 star. For NO customer service. I dread to think of the hassle that I would have had to go through in the event of a claim !
