February 2025Fabulous weekend away right in the heart of Windsor & close to everything. Room was huge & clean with side view of the Thames. Comfy big bed & lovely bathroom. Shower size was a little disappointing it could have been so much bigger. The breakfast was 10/10 & restaurant brasserie was a lovely setting for an evening meal, a little pricey for the wine & burger over cooked but in whole very pleasant.

February 2025Came here with work and really enjoyed my stay. Great rooms, super clean with a modern decor and comfortable beds. The food has been great, nice selection at breakfast and wonderful lunches. Staff all very friendly and was warmly welcomed. Would certainly return!

December 2024Just a wonderful all around experience. A very short, doable walk (downhill) from the train station. Beautiful building and very warmly appointed reception. The staff could not have been more engaging or helpful. We truly felt welcomed and appreciated. Lovely few of the Thames from the bar, even in the dark of the evening. The guest room was clean, comfortable, well-maintained (have been to many "tired" hotels in and near London, this one certainly was not". Oh, and the shower - best hotel shower ever (or at least in the top 5).

February 2025Overall a great stay in a wonderful town. Never been to Windsor before but i shall definitely be returning. Hotel in great position for visiting Windsor Castle and may even get a train next time as close to the station. Hotel rooms very well appointed with some well thought out touches, a light when you opened the wardrobe, lots of hooks in bathroom for used towels etc, fabulous rainfall shower. Great food, great service.

March 2025Got to my room, which was lovely and spacious. Was in the bathroom and suddenly experienced someone trying to get into my room. Thought it might be a cleaner but no, it was another guest been given my room number. If I was a lone female, this might have been terrifying. Next morning went to the sauna but no slippers with my robe so had to make the walk outside bare foot. Explaining this to the receptionist, but went on deaf ears
