At Lillibrooke Manor, we host Corporate Events, Weddings, Christmas Parties, Proms and more. Located in Maidenhead, the grade II listed Manor House provides its spectacular grounds as a perfect setting for your event.
The Great Barn is a spacious, versatile space. This is the largest barn in the south, providing space for 220 guests and as a rustic charm and relaxed atmosphere. It is fully equipped with state-of-the-art PA system and custom lighting and adjoining hexagonal Engine House is ideal for a drinks reception.
The gorgeous, manicured Cloister Garden has blossoming flowers year-round with a central fountain and is fully licensed for outdoor wedding ceremonies. In the same area, the Small Barn seats up to 120 people and is a beautiful setting for wedding ceremonies and by far Lillibrooke’s most popular. These two settings provide an idyllic setting for your ceremony and those all-important photographs, as well as being perfect spaces for parties and corporate days.
At Lillibrooke, we pride ourselves on the quality of catering we offer. The delicious food is provided by Heritage Venues, a premier events and catering company in the Thames Valley. You can choose and tailor a bespoke menu to cater to your personal tastes and favourite foods or our Head Chef has some spectacular seasonal menus on offer. Regardless of what dishes you choose, you can relax in the knowledge that it will be delicious.

October 2024What a stunning venue for a wedding. Lillibrooke Manor, barns and staff exceeded our expectations for a truly memorable wedding day. From start to finish everything ran so smoothly and nothing was too much trouble for the staff, they paid attention to all the small details to make our day perfect. From the first point of contact to the day after, everyone was so helpful, professional with first class communication. The suppliers they recommended were of a high standard. We also hired the Manor House which was spectacular and a wonderful place to stay. Lillibrooke Manor was amazing.

November 2024We went to a lovely relaxed wedding here in early November. The staff were great and the venue was amazing. The food was also extremely good. We especially liked the butternut squash soup, and the steak and ale pie. A lovely autumnal menu. Thoroughly recommended.

October 2024I had an exceptional experience at Lillibrooke Manor for my Mother’s Celebration of Life recently. Jo and Helen were superb. No request was too much. For instance, we wanted to plant something in memory of my Mother and the day. The Lillibrooke team suggested a cherry tree. This they duly sourced and planted for us, and what a stunning specimen it was! I felt completely confident in their professionalism, with their great timely communication and helpful input. Also, Lillibrooke offer exclusive use of the venue, which meant that we could be flexible with the area we used, in accordance with our RSVP count. Many venues have a strict access policy, but not Lillibrooke. We were able to gain access from early in the morning to decorate the Great Barn and Engine Room with an abundance of flowers. Similarly we were not rushed at the end of our event. We had a minor technical issue with the format of our video, but it was literally all hands on ‘tech’ and it was soon resolved by Helen our Event Co-ordinator on the day. I can’t praise this venue and the team highly enough. Obviously, we had many emotions to navigate on the day, but Lillibrooke supported us the whole way and made it a very special and memorable occasion for us all, for which we are most grateful. As a Celebrant, I hope to attend Lillibrooke on many more occasions to come. It is certainly a venue I will highly promote. Sincere thanks to all. X

The food was delicious and we had so many comments about great portion sizes and taste. An amazing kitchen team. Helen and Julia were outstanding throughout. They both massively helped put us at ease before the ceremony. Lillibrooke was an incredible venue, everything about the day went so smoothly. The accommodation was stunning and just perfect.
