Despite being a mundane Delta Marriot businessman’s hotel I have to say it’s GREAT. The staff really make it friendly place to stay, nothing is too much trouble - and on my last stay I found out they have proper chefs in the kitchen (sous chef, under chef, head chef etc.) This explains the fabulous food, cannot be faulted. Due to stuff we do in Berkshire regularly, we stay here every couple of months and we’ve tried other places in the area but nothing has come near in terms of comfort, service & food. Want to stay near Heathrow ? Stay here !!!

It exceeded our expectations. We really enjoyed our time here. The room was very clean and spacious for our family. The breakfast selection was exceptional. The staff catered to our needs and made sure we had a comfortable stay.

We stayed here as a deal with parking during a holiday departing from Heathrow. On arrival, the service received at check-in was perfect, a small little blip with our key, but all got sorted. We were told to move or car to car parks 3, 4, or 5 around the back. We did, but it appears there is no access back into the hotel without walking back around the front! We had use of the executive lounge as part of our deal, and this was a nice relaxed environment. Food was put on in the evening, which was generally tasty. A fraction warmer would have been preferred, but none the less it was delicious. Our only major issue came in the morning, we went for a shower and had the option of very hot, scolding, or melt your skin off!! As we had to head to the airport, we didn't have time to say anything, so we had to have a sink wash and head out. After getting back off holiday, the car was where we left it, safe and well.

This is one of the hotels near the airport used by Airlines and other groups to spend the night between flights. As such it is rather ok, but do not expect a especially exciting neighbourhood. Beds are comfortable and big, the rooms quite large and the bathroom up to a decent standard.
