February 2025Amazing hotel steeped in history of the Titanic ship. Every room tells a story. You can get a tour around the hotel. The rooms were lovely, and the corridors were designed to give the feeling of being aboard a ship. The customer service was excellent, and nothing was too much for them. Upon arrival, my hubby had arranged for rose petals scattered over the bed as a surprise. The only thing I would say is that there should be better signage for the car park. Will go again.

February 2025Booked to stay for my big birthday and wedding anniversary. Wanted things to be special and it was. What an absolutely fabulous hotel. The staff were great. Our duty manager Gail went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we could wish for. The whole venue has the wow factor.

March 2025A one of a kind hotel experience! It makes a great deal of sense if you plan to visit the Titanic Museum, but even if you're just enjoying a stay in Belfast I definitely recommend this hotel. To start, the gentleman who checked us in could not have been nicer or more helpful. The hotel really has a feel true to the era and if you're a history buff you will surely enjoy it. Their bar and restaurant areas are also divine.

February 2025Fantastic stay at the Titanic Hotel with my grandson. We both loved the history, the food, and the staff. An unexpected highlight were the beds. I don't know what type of beds they are but we did not want to get up they were so comfortable. We both had terrific sleeps for the 3 nights we where in Belfast. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Be sure to walk the area and see the Titanic dry dock in an area where there are now some quaint distilleries.

March 2025Visited as part of trip to Titanic experience which is just across the road. Lovely hotel of old drawing offices of Harland and Wolff absolutely beautiful building Good room on a corner of building so two windows very light and airy with windows I could actually open. Was a little noisy at night..lots of banging? children in other rooms jumping up and down..I don't know but did eventually stop. It's not a pretty area but very interesting with views of building yards and gantries of H & W if you like history you won't mind. Room comfy with everything needed although no extra pillows and quilt didn't really fit the bed, I'm sure if I'd have mentioned it to staff ( I was far to tired from my full day at titanic) it would have been remedied as it seemed as if nothing was too much trouble by whole attitude of every staff member we met. don't get this in UK ! Despite this we had a very comfortable night. Dinner in bar was very nice. Just a little more choice at breakfast would have been better. Overall a very lovely hotel very clean, beautiful decor tastefully done to enhance the history of building with exceptional happy staff I would really love to revisit sometime
