Despite I arrived earlier than normal check in time, they did their best to accomodate me. Helpful staff, seevice at the bar could be improved, room cleanliness also needs to be improved. Overall I liked the hotel.

This is the second time I've stayed at the Hilton. Rooms are super clean, comfortable and spacious. Staff really helpful and friendly, would like to mention Malachy in particular who greeted me upon my stay this time, he really couldn't have been more helpful and had such a lovely, friendly way about him. We had some issues with our room service breakfast though and the server but this was dealt with professionally by the girl at reception upon check out. Overall a lovely hotel with friendly staff in a great location.

Went there for a Groupon meal and had decent enough service from fairly amateur staff up until we ordered dessert. I then went to pay for the add ons - the wine and dessert. After which we waited another five to ten minutes before we got the sticky toffee pudding. It's clearly cooked from frozen. Inedible. We ask for a refund and no apologies were given, staff were dismissive and failed to own up for the fact they had failed to take the order correctly and it was only when I had paid for it that the order was placed properly. At this point we felt the staff were rude and inept. Hilton needs better desserts and better training of the staff. There were one or two staff members who could be great at their job but are being scuppered by the inadequacy of others.

Wanted something to eat on a Sunday evening and went into the bar. I asked were they still serving food which I was told they were and I took a seat. Was sat 10 minutes and they both looking at me from the bar knowing I hadn’t a menu. Went up to the bar to be told I had to get a menu from the bar and order at the bar! Not what you would expect at a 5 star!!! Didn’t bother eating then. Breakfast is very poor. Nothing brought to the table and very unhygienic with no clippers in the sugar bowls. High quality training needed!

The most horrible experience I have had. I have never been to a hotel that is so unhygienic in my life. I have been to Hilton in many countries world wide and the state of the room and the welcome I have handed when arriving to this branch unfortunately doesn’t resemble the great experiences I have had with other branches. The receptionist when arriving to check in was extremely rude and not welcoming, she had blonde hair clipped up and was wearing glasses I think her name is Shannon. We were not local and she was acting as if we knew how the hotel runs. She was getting irritated when I didn’t understand the deposit policy and wanted more information. Had to drag information about things like breakfast, lounges, seating areas available and facilities. After this shameful welcoming experience we went to our allocated room which very dirty and unhygienic ( have attached pictures). The toilet paper half of it was used and reused, it even had red stains on it, god knows what that is!!. The bed sheets had brown stains on them. The pillows were dirty. There were no slippers. Honestly what a shame, it ruined my experience that I was looking forward to. The price that I have payed for doesn’t match the service I have and cleanliness I should have received. It’s funny how you hold a deposit when in reality I should have received some sort of compensation for this horrible unwelcoming experience. Not recommending this unhygienic place to anyone.
