December 2024I organised a birthday 🎂 🥳 bash for my bestie. The staff DJs, comedians, drinks, 🍸 food, and ambience were on point. We all loved it. Definitely going again. 👍🏽

December 2024I am scoring this place very due to the long long wait at the door. Yesterday was a storm, raining and windy. We waited for a hour outside. The staff are very slow and just don't care. Heathrow airport security are less strict then this place. Definitely will not be returning. The drinks are over prices and DJ catered for carribean only. Not worth it at all. Toilet doors and seats are all broken. Don't waste your time. Better places to go. Waiting in the queue for an hour even though we had all pre-booked tickets to a company event Dreadful.

December 2024Shitty service!!!! I bought ticket on Eventbrite for an end of the year party organised by my company and I wasn’t allowed in because I do not have a physical ID. I had my passport and BRP on my phone and also my staff pass and these lots said I cldnt come in still! I was freezing out there in the cold!
