Redbridge Sports And Leisure, Exclusive Hire

Please..... will people that don't have blue badges, stop parking in the blue badge parking bays. You are abusing these parking spaces. I went yesterday and five cars with no blue badges were parked in these bays. I am on crutches and use a wheelchair. Please can these people show others consideration.

Booked a 30 minute session but when we arrived, there was no one at the reception at all! Emailed through to get refunded but never got given the refund & completely ignored our emails!

⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely terrible experience at Redbridge Sports Centre. The place is always freezing cold, and they never turn on the heating unless some VIP shows up. For the ridiculous prices they charge, you’d expect at least basic comfort, but no – even as an executive member, there are no additional facilities or benefits. Customer service? Non-existent. They never pick up the phone—you have to email for everything. And even then, all they do is tell you to email the manager, who finally responds long after the issue no longer matters. Honestly, this place is a waste of money and not worth the hassle. Extremely disappointing. Never going back!
