Cinema itself is fine, always has been, food, drink reasonable price, my only negative comment is the disabled parking, despite being in a wheelchair, I was told to move my car by staff, maybe keep the front of the cinema area for disabled access

Good cinema with lovely staff members. Nice and clean, comfy seats, and we enjoyed the movie. Knocked a star off for the lack of vegan options. I had sweet popcorn and a packet of Starburst. Would have preferred some chocolate and some fancy popcorn options like my sister had. I think she had a small pot of chocolate covered popcorn for £3.50 but said she liked it. Thought I'd get a chocolate fix by getting a hot chocolate, but they had no vegan option and apparently used to but decided to take them off the menu. I'd come here again but would probably bring my own snacks since they aren't provided for me.

Quite possibly the worst cinema experience of my whole 43 years of life! I spent around £50 which is not the issue. It’s the fact I spent that, and received terrible customer service at the counter. They could see I was struggling with what I bought, and didn’t offer a tray or to help. The popcorn was also filled 3/4 of the bag. To make it worse, they where letting people in about 40mins in to the movie so we couldn’t see the screen and it was really noisy. First and last time we will visit this cinema.
