March 2025Lovely hotel, great food, with friendly staff. Room was spacious and comfortable. Only reason that service got 4* was that our meals were using a voucher system that we and the waiters found a bit confusing, which led to some confusion at check out over billing. However this was efficiently resolved.

February 2025A Fantastic Stay at Kingsmills Hotel, Inverness We recently had the pleasure of staying at Kingsmills Hotel in Inverness, and from the moment we arrived, we were treated to an exceptional level of service and hospitality. The staff were outstanding—professional, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our stay was perfect. From the warm welcome at reception to the impeccable service in the restaurant and bar, every interaction was a testament to their dedication and professionalism. The hotel itself is beautiful, blending classic charm with modern comforts. Our room was spacious, immaculately clean, and offered a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. The facilities, including the spa and leisure areas, were fantastic and provided the perfect setting to unwind after a day exploring the Highlands. Dining at Kingsmills was a delight—the food was exceptional, showcasing fresh, locally sourced ingredients, and the service was just as impressive as the cuisine. A huge thank you to the entire team at Kingsmills Hotel for making our stay so memorable. Your warm hospitality and attention to detail did not go unnoticed, and we are already looking forward to our next visit! Highly recommended to anyone visiting Inverness!

February 2025Wanted to write a review as it was so good to see the attitude and hard work of all staff members, especially the younger members of the team. Proper hospitality, lovely food, amazing wine list and atmosphere. The hotel was super busy but there's a small army of staff... Including a very cheery breakfast chef this morning, constantly bringing out fresh food... Breakfast was lovely. Also loved the piano player in the evening. Minor criticism, hope it's helpful.... More info at reception on check in, make check in 3pm, not 4. Changing area for pool not very nice, mouldy lockers. However, a five star stay and will return. Thanks.

February 2025We had a wonderful weekend at the hotel – professional and very polite staff, a great location, and good food. The highlight, however, was the amazing Saturday evening at the whisky bar with live music. Although the staff was quite busy, which meant waiting a bit longer for their attention, every interaction was still very polite. The unique atmosphere of a Saturday night, good cocktails, and an incredible dessert made it a memorable experience. The only downsides were: • A malfunctioning app and a completely non-functional phone in the room. • While the overall cleanliness was good, some details, like the bathroom grout or less visible corners of the apartment, might need a deep clean. Overall, I think it’s worth staying there when visiting Inverness – I recommend it!

February 2025A lovely hotel on the outskirts of Inverness but within walking distance of town. Rooms large and with character. Our issue was the pressure of the shower which was non existent. Breakfast very good. Staff great and attentive. Make sure you do pre check in on app. Our bags were delivered to our room
