March 2025Good place, room 121 faces a waste plant therefore noise from truck early in the morning, better soundproofing of the windows would be great. Otherwise amazing staff and good value !

April 2025I recently attended an event at Grand Sapphire, and I was thoroughly impressed by both the banqueting hall and the quality of the food. The hall itself is absolutely stunning — spacious, beautifully decorated, and with elegant lighting that adds a real touch of class to any occasion. The setup was immaculate, and the attention to detail in the décor made it feel truly special. The food was equally impressive. Every dish was delicious, well-presented, and served hot. From the starters to the mains, each course was full of flavor and clearly prepared with care. The variety was fantastic too — catering to a range of tastes while maintaining high standards throughout. The service was smooth and professional, with staff making sure guests were looked after at all times. Overall, Grand Sapphire exceeded expectations. October 2024Pleasant hotel room set over a sprawling 3 floors. Rooms come in various sizes and had no problem boking a room for a midweek stay in a twin room. The bed was rather comfy and the facilities were well presented. Foyer staff were very helpful. Worth a look.
