    I had a wonderful stay at The Crown Hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I especially want to give a big shoutout to Ganjina from the housekeeping staff. She was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. Her attention to detail and friendly attitude really made a difference. Thanks to Ganjina and the entire team for making my visit so pleasant. Highly recommend this hotel!

    I stayed at Hotel Crown. Room were clean and well managed. The Bar is the most exciting place to go. Staff were friendly and serve us properly. Just need to take care of the check in time. Other thing is excellent. Breakfast was delicious to have with my family. thanks...

    We recently stayed at the crown london and had an absolutely perfect experience The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable,The staff was friendly, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. The food was delicious, with a wide range of options to suit every taste. The location was ideal, with easy access to all the major attractions. But what really made our stay stand out was the exceptional service from the hotel team, who ensured that every detail was taken care of. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. They deserve 5 star..

    Very friendly staff. Lovely hotel, clean rooms with no bedbugs! (Yes i checked) 🙌🏽 The breakfast wasn't all that great. My daughter & OH got sausages & bacon & it was covered, & i mean covered in grease & they wouldn't even eat them. However, there was only about 20 minutes left of breakfast. I'd definitely stay here again though. We came here with our 2 daughters.Thank you for a pleasant stay 😊

    Stayed here for a week. Check in was fine - got to the room - no toiletries - no soap, shampoo or anything you will expect to find in the bathroom. Shower had black mold. For this price - no bedside tables, no plugs bedside the bed. Carpet was filthy. Had to ask daily for the room to be clean - sometimes not done. Noisy drilling outside my door when on a customer conference call. Front desk manager was painfully rude. NEVER STAY HERE!!!
