Crewe Hall Hotel & Spa, Continental Suite

We have just returned from a 2 night stay. Couldn't have been better. The hotel itself is stunning. The spa treatments we had were brilliant must mention Emma who really made me feel comfortable and knew exactly what she was doing. All of the staff go above and beyond and are always so helpful and polite. Special mention to NATALIE who was absolutely fantastic and a huge credit to the hotel!!! There were lots of staff who I didn't get the name of but were also great. Matt the general manager was always about and smiling. Something a lot of managers don't do. Really hope to come back in the future. Had a brilliant weekend.

Very enjoyable stay, prompt and swift check in, with friendly staff. Spa facilities good and all areas of hotel clean and tidy. Room absolutely stunning, with complimentary drinks. Breakfast very fresh and plentiful and staff extremely helpful and actually seemed to enjoy working there. Would 100% recommend and stay again.

An exceptional hotel with outstanding facilities for the perfect break. My partner and I enjoyed a delightful weekend getaway in the stunning four-poster bedroom, which exceeded our expectations. The restaurant impressed us with its high-quality cuisine and impeccable service. The attentive staff and impeccable service further enhanced our dining experience, making each meal a true highlight of our stay. We were so impressed that we've already planned to return for another well-deserved break in May, and we can’t wait to experience it all over again.
