March 2025Came to this showing of Bridget Jones and when I came the trailers were already on but actual screening was a dump, hadn’t been cleaned at all my whole row was filthy. As the movie was at this point now beginning it was too late to ask for them to clean it so I messaged their team on Twitter who told me to put my phone away as the show was starting, what a joke right? Then I got told to approach someone afterwards so I looked for someone and there was one person but as soon as I headed towards them they just turnt around to find something else to do. So reaching out via email to team once more, I have been told senior management do not wish to take this seriously and don’t care pretty much so if you want to waste £15.99 to sit in a dump and feel itchy feel free to go to this cinema where customer service is not their number one priority. I’ve never had such an experience like it.
