Large cinema with IMAX theaters, well maintained and clean. The concession stand has a very varied offering, from classics like popcorn and nachos to Baskin Robbins ice cream and hot dogs. There's ample free parking outside and loads of restaurants can be found nearby: McDonald's, Wagamama, Five Guys, etc. There's an arcade and bowling alley right next to the cinema.

I had a nightmare with getting my tickets for the first time ever, I emailed 5 times with no response, a no number to call. A lovely young lady helped me out without any problems and found my tickets that weren't sent to me. I am so grateful for her help.

Saw The Red One. The cinema was cold and there was a scratch in the middle of the screen, which was a bit off-putting. The sound was a bit on the loud side. It was OK. We were second row from front. A little bit too close. It was OK. Just in case you wondered about parking. Pic attached.

Old grotty badly maintained tip. Seats are outrageously uncomfortable. Clearly they don’t use the air con as very hot inside the screens. They left the overhead lighting on also which ruined the film with the glare. I’ve never seen someone serve drinks and popcorn so slowly, it’s like they are going backwards!! Real time became super slow mo. This cinema must be one of the worst in the south of England. Truly horrific experience. Zero positives - apart from the fact I was able to leave at the end of the film. And hopefully not return.
