Couldn't give this place a better review, was in last night to see the opening of the new joker film and had a medical emergency in the super screen where an amazing first aid trained member of staff (I think his name was Michael) was so sweet and helpful whilst having an epileptic seizure. Other staff who helped where absolutely amazing and so sweet and considerate during a private emergency situation giving me space when I needed it and assisting my partner throughout the full process to help me be as comfortable as possible! Through giving me privacy and a place to lie down, and try to regain consciousness alongside making sure I had water they where so patient and helpful! Will definitely be back and in high hopes other people with the condition epilepsy know for a fact they will be safe and supported by the staff here if the unfortunate was to ever occur If I could give the service and experience higher than 5 stars i definitely would Thank you again to the amazing staff who assisted during an embarrassing and dangerous time and made me as comfortable as humanly possible! BIG THANKS TO MICHAEL! (I think that was his name)

Went to see wicked last night and whilst normally my cinema experiences are very good I felt that the screen was freezing. I had to sit with three layers and my jacket on for the entire film because it was so cold, and I'm not someone that usually feels the cold easily but it was freezing. Also, I was very disappointed with the sound, the film was so quiet and it's a musical, I expected to hear every word all around me but it seemed like the sound was only coming from the screen and was far too quiet. Disappointing experience for an amazing film

diabolical, screen 6 doesn’t have reclining seats - just the standard ones, all seats were filthy, full of popcorn crumbs, the guy that is supposed to check our tickets has completely disappeared so everyone in the movie just had to walk right in without being checked, which then caused people to constanly hassle the cleaner boy that didn’t have enough time to clean the room. Understaffed and overpriced, £22 for 2 drinks and 2 medium popcorn is a joke, when we have already paid £22 for 2 tickets to sit in filthy seats from 1980
