May 2024An average cinema theatre. It has lots of screens. The architectural design of this theatre is not that great and most of the escalators were not functioning when I went for a movie here. The building is also not well lit and I don't understand the logic behind that.

June 2024At the top floor in the popcorn bar, they weren't fresh as they were ready, filled, left in open, and bags weren't filled full. Lacked food quality and quality standards and hygiene. Reclining chair in screen 17 seat F4 wasn't working either.

June 2024Just been escorted from the cinema today for apparently talking during a rock concert movie! We were hardly able to hear ourselves think nevermind talking too loudly. The first person that came up to ask us to speak quietly couldn't even identify us at first because we were sitting quietly enjoying the movie and when she finally approached us i honestly couldn't hear what she was saying due to the concert sound. The team leader Gordon then approached us while we were sitting quietly enjoying the movie told us to leave the cinema whilst presenting absolutely no evidence other than a complaint from the 2 people sitting in front of us and was extremely unhelpful and uncompromising to a level that I've not encountered before. He would not listen to reason regardless. His mind was made up that we had to leave no questions. SACKING REQUIRED IMMEDIATELY CINEWORLD WITH NO EXCEPTIONS!! If this is how they treat their customers then no wonder Cineworld is in trouble. Me and my family spent a small fortune to see this movie and Cineworld ruined our day with over zealous reactions!! We will be taking this further for sure😡 This team leader Gordon is in no way a team leader. He showed zero qualities of what a team leader is supposed to possess. Remove him immediately before your cinema closes down which is probably inevitable!! I will never set foot in Cineworld again and will advise the many colleagues and friends i have to do the same all because of one over zealous employee not thinking rationally.............extremely disappointing!!
