November 2024I have been in this place yesterday, the blond and tall girl with glasses treated me as I wanted to steal her. I am living in front of the place, I order 4 drinks for me and my friends, which I wanted to offer them as they were for the last day in London, I kindly asked her, if I could go and take my phone as I use Apple Pay and pay straight after, my friend would wait there of course, we were not leaving all together, she looked at me in a bad way and she rudely told me no. My friend was force to pay. I also ask her sorry later, but she didn’t even answer or look at me. Very rude and bad customer service; I would accept a no if that’s the rule, but from this to treat me as I want to steal there is a big gap. Will never come back again.
