August 2019Unsure how to even describe this. However not great. The staff friendly however looks to me that they work 24 hours which is worrying. No sign of any management to complain too. First night stay had three room changes. TV hanging off the wall in the first room. Second had no mobile signal, data or WiFi which I get some people don’t need it or want it but when you have kids at home to call it’s nice. So had to change again. The third room the bathroom door did not close right and a broken window with no air con available and the window doesn’t open. And the bathroom had mould growing on the roof For staying it was fine as we was out most of the day however for a hotel and standards it’s poor. I did feel for the reception staff as their working hours on the two days we stayed looked poor, they was tired and definitely lack of joy and welcoming which is not their fault.
