The 45 elegant bedrooms at Cricklade House each have a flat-screen TV, work desk, free wifi and tea/coffee facilities. All rooms feature a private modern bathroom, and many have scenic views across the Vale of Cricklade.

March 2025Excellent venue for a peaceful relaxing break. The rooms are beautiful clean and fresh. The spa is well kept and quiet. Having breakfast included in the price was excellent value for money. Drinks are expensive however. Been three times now and each occasion has been perfect.

February 2025Absolutely awesome place. Amazing friendly staff, lovely comfortable rooms, great food, stunning views. Breakfast was great. There was only two members of staff on breakfast and they worked their socks off to meet everyone's requests and get breakfast out. They deserve great praise as they did such a great job. We will 100% be visiting there again. The whole experience was wonderful and we felt very relaxed when we left. Thank you so much to all the staff for a wonderful night

February 2025Had booked the spa and massage for this morning and unfortunately one of our children was sick through the night and unable to go to school so called at 7am to advise we now can’t make it and asked to rebook it. Was met by a very unhelpful “manager” who couldn’t care less about our situation and said they can’t rebook it or refund it so basically lump it. £90 for absolutely nothing is crazy and I’m astonished at the “managers” attitude which included putting the phone down on me because she wouldn’t listen or took any care in what I was saying. She then said she will take my number and get the general manager to call me and then said “oh but they are busy all day today so they won’t call today and I don’t know when they will” goes to show the level of care this business provides to it’s “customers”. Absolutely shambolic behaviour, I’d advise you to go elsewhere any cost!!
