May 2022This was such a perfect experience! I took this tour on my own and the staff were so friendly and made me feel comfortable. The bus is so cute and the food was excellent! The gin pot was sooooo yummy! I had the perfect day, eating and getting a tour of the city! I felt sorry for the people on regular tour buses, ha! Don't hesitate, book!!

September 2024Loved this tour. It was so cute. Great variety and good amount of little sandwiches and pastries. You will get assigned seats. You will give them your name and they will tell you where you will be sitting. We sat up top and it wasn’t cold. They played really good music and singing was encouraged. Just a nice thing to do one afternoon

November 2024Over priced and over rated. Bus not clean and food of poor quality. Could not understand George over the intercom. Appreciate this is not a guided tour but you still need to understand what he is saying. Comfort stops not needed and uses up you tour time which could have been used to see other parts of Edinburgh. The staff should also have some form of dress code. They don't look very professional eg short top showing mid- drift. UPDATE I received a call from Red Bus to discuss the points I raised in my review. This was a 5 star response and they will look into my concerns immediately. May I also say that we did enjoy ourselves and hopefully the issues will be addressed and make the tour experience enjoyable for others.

November 2024Disappointing experience. Food definitely not fresh as owner suggests in replies to other reviews. Nor is the bus deep cleaned, it was dirty and sticky. No sing-a-long on the bus. Had to ask staff a total of 3 times for pre-ordered drinks for our special celebration. Such a shame this has such potential but is very poorly managed. Spend your money of a standard bus tour and have a nice afternoon tea elsewhere :)
