A site to be seen, The Pelligon’s Main Hall is situated in a soaring glass dome that reaches a height of 27 metres. Versatile by design, it can flex to welcome up to 750 guests and adapt to accommodate break-out rooms, production spaces, and custom branding, including wrapping the walls and windows. The Main Hall also includes the Waterside Terrace and offers step-free access from Bank Street, ensuring ease of entry for all attendees.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation at Will by Hirer: 12.4. If the Hirer cancels for any other reason outside of those listed in clause 12.1 (right to terminate by either party), clause 12.6 (venue refurbishment) and clause 13 (force majeure), then the Operator shall be entitled to charge the following cancellation fees payable, to the extent not already paid, within five working days of receipt of an invoice from the Operator: 12.4.1. 100% of the Hire Fee, if cancelled less than 30 days prior to the start of the Hire Period; 12.4.2. 75% of the Hire Fee, if such cancellation is between 31 and 90 days prior to the start of the Hire Period; 12.4.3. 50% of the Hire Fee, if such cancellation is between 91 and 120 days prior to the start of the Hire Period; or 12.4.4. 25% of the Hire Fee if such cancellation is more than 121 days prior to the start of the Hire Period. 12.5. In addition to the cancellation fee set out at clause 12.4, the Hirer shall pay to the Operator those costs and expenses committed or incurred including for security, catering and production as set out in the Fees section of the Commercial Terms together with the Production Buy-Out Fee and Caterer Buy-Out Fee if applicable.
