October 2024Excellent spa treatment, spa and gym staff were very helpful and accommodating. Rooms were great size and lovely and clean. Bed very comfy. No robes in room. Bar staff were great and good selection of food and cocktail options, which were all great.

December 2024Nice hotel grounds and hotel. Friendly staff. Good breakfast and bar food. Except for the fire in our room, due the kettle plug (which the hotel dealt with promptly), the room itself was good, however, the location of our room (for a family) was terrible: next to front entrance - because there was a Christmas party we had a constant base sound and people outside our room having a cigarette/vape. It sounded like they were having fun, which I don’t begrudge - but poor location for a family with young children. I did write an email (off the back of the hotel email apologising for the fire) about this, but I have not heard back; I also mentioned it during check out. I would stay at this hotel again, but I would certainly ask for a room away from the entrance.
