T&C's + You will be invoiced upon agreement of booking details and confirmed upon receipt of 50% deposit payment. + We require full payment at least 4 weeks prior to the event or we reserve the right to cancel. + Our cancellation policy is 2 weeks prior to your event; any amendments after this time must still meet the agreed spend. + Bar Tabs and pre-ordered items are included in the agreed spend for the hire and must therefore be used on the day and cannot be refunded or used at another time. + All prices are inclusive of VAT. + All proposals are valid for 7 working days. + All pre-orders and any film choices must be received 2 weeks prior to booking. + All films must be the correct certificate for all attendees. + A minimum of one adult must be present for the entire duration for every 10 children. + Please be aware that face-paints, party-poppers, confetti or similar products will not be allowed in the venue. Damage to the screening rooms will result in extra fees. + All food and drink consumed on site must be purchased from Everyman, if you do wish to provide your own food or use an outside caterer, please discuss further with the private hire team. We make an exception for birthday cakes but ask that you provide cake knives and disposable plates. + no tickets can be sold to any private event without the prior agreement of EMG ltd.

August 2024Not your average cinema….. had a lovely first experience at the mailbox Everyman. Great service, drinks in the bar area beforehand, hot dogs and cocktails delivered to my sofa seat in the cinema. Bliss. All the team were friendly and approachable, with nothing too much trouble. I will definitely hunt out Everyman cinemas around the country and I’ll definitely be back when I’m back in Birmingham.

July 2024Fantastic cinema in the Mailbox. Large and aesthetically pleasing bar area as you enter. The tickets are expensive in comparison to Odeon, Cineworld or Star City/Vue but worth it for a good film as you get to sit on comfortable sofas and they bring food and drinks to you. Picture and sound quality are also good but not as loud as some cinemas.

September 2024Great cinema if you want to treat yourself to some comfort and a cosy up with someone special (they have sofa seats for 2, as well as single seats). Tickets aren't cheap, but it's more of an experience than just going to see a film. We've seen two of the National Theatre Live shows and though it can seem odd to watch a play on the big screen, it's a great way to see theatre if you couldn't make it to the live event in person. We haven't ordered food there but the menu looks good and we may well do in future. Staff friendly though seem a little flustered when delivering the food and drink.

June 2024A fun place for a date. You get to enjoy your movie in a couch and be served food while watching it. However, the price is too expensive. What made me very mad was the amount of ADS you have to watch even before the trailers. If I'm paying almost 20 pounds for a movie I don't think that amount of ads should be allowed. It was almost 30 minutes of ads. This is not ok in any cinema but what upset me the most was that I payed for an experience and had to sit watching them for a long time.
