Among the City of London’s Great Twelve Livery Companies, The Worshipful Company of Skinners” reputedly located on this site since 1295. Grade I Listed The frontage - attributed to the eminent Georgian surveyor, Richard Jupp - leads through a passageway into an arcaded courtyard where an elaborate sturdy doorcase entrances into the well arranged and elegant livery hall, extensively restored and refurbished over the Centuries. A supporter of various charitable funds and educational institutions. The hall and various rooms here available for rent as an event and meeting venue. Well worth seeking out but you’d be at sixes and sevens regarding admission without invitation.
