I recently held my wedding at Grand Sapphire Banqueting, and I cannot express enough how incredible the experience was. From start to finish, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was perfect. The venue itself is stunning, with elegant decor and ample space for our guests. The team was attentive and professional, making the planning process seamless. They listened to our vision and executed it flawlessly. I booked this hotel because a family member was getting married there and I booked 3 rooms as there was 7 of us staying there and were given rooms which was on another floor, I expected to have my room together because we have children with us. The day before I was to check in I received an email saying that they will shoot of the water 10pm for 6 hours, I wish I was told this before they take my money. The staff was very argumentative about everything I asked them for. The worst part of it all is that the hot water was not working and I have a two month old baby with me and unable to give my baby a bath and other kids had to take cold showers which was not good, went to inform them about it and they said that someone is coming to look at it but no one came. I told them again about the hot water not working and they said that I didn’t tuned the water on properly that’s why I didn’t get any hot water,

1.This was the only Hotel asked me for my id proof. I had to email my photo id to the hotel. 2.Escalator wasn't working,I had to lift my luggages to the using stairs. 3.Bedside table was taller than mattress caused my head hit on it multiple times. 4.Rubber on the shower door came off caused the water on the bathroom floor. 5.Breakfast time was up until.9.30 am. They haven't filled anything past 9am. We didn't get any food. 6.Internal Door locks was disabled. We cannot lock the doors from inside. 7.They have deactivated access card by 9am, before checkout.I had to go back to the reception to get it activated again.
